NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Intent to
Adopt Regulations, (R 069-10)
The Nevada
State Board of Health will hold a public hearing and act on the adoption
of amendments to LCB
File No. R 069-10, Nevada Administrative Code (NAC) 446, “Food
Establishments.”
This
public hearing is to be held in conjunction with the State Board of
Health. The meeting scheduled to begin at 9:00 am on Friday, June
8, 2012.
The NAC
446 regulation changes will be heard in the order placed on the State
Board of Health Agenda.
