A unique continuing education opportunity is available this year.

It will be the Nevada Environmental Health Association's annual educational conference, August 4-6, 2009 in Las Vegas.

The FDA will also be holding its Pacific Region Retail Food Safety Seminar in conjunction with their 2009 AEC.
